Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.

Duties

  • Input and update data into various databases and systems with high accuracy.
  • Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Perform basic math calculations as needed for data verification and reporting.
  • Utilize Excel and other spreadsheet functions to analyze data effectively.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in data entries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data management and confidentiality.

Experience

  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, particularly spreadsheets and databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with basic math concepts and the ability to perform calculations accurately.
  • Experience using pivot tables or similar tools is a plus but not mandatory.
