Job Description

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer, to join our team supporting high-impact, mission-critical construction projects, including data centers and other complex infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of quality across design, construction, and operational phases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor quality metrics to evaluate project performance.
Analyze trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
Support the development of on-site QA/QC teams and processes.
Facilitate communication between design, construction, and facility operations.
Provide training on QA/QC procedures and responsibilities.
Audit QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with standards.
Review MEP submittals and design documentation for quality assurance.
Oversee commissioning documentation and schedules.
Conduct site inspections and factory witness tests for equipment.
Track and close out issues using BIM360.
Develop QA/QC dashboards and reporting tools.
Participate in key project meetings and quality reviews.
Qualifications
5+ years of QA/QC experience in data centers or mission-critical construction.
Strong background in Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.
Familiarity with civil, structural, MEP, and I&C disciplines.
Proven leadership in QA/QC and commissioning programs.
Experience managing contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Deep understanding of mission-critical infrastructure systems.
