You'll be the driving force behind building and leading a diverse, high-performing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy, contributing to the firm's success through your client relationships, mentoring the team, and top-notch design work. And most importantly, you'll be the firm's brand ambassador, the face in the market. What You'll Be Doing Finding new opportunities and grow our client base by at least 10% each year Partnering with clients on projects, bringing innovative solutions to the table. Be a visible leader, sharing the firm's work and ideas at events and in publications Mentoring, recruiting, and helping build a fantastic team. Develop and execute a winning business plan for the S&T market. Focus on growing our top line Lead projects and be a go-to expert for clients. Understanding market trends and best practices Who You Are If you're registered/licensed in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering, that's a huge plus! You bring at least 12 years of experience with a solid track record in S&T market growth, leadership, and business development. A thought leader in the S+T sector A strong portfolio of completed projects in both the private and institutional space A fantastic presenter and communicator You excel at building strong client and team relationships You have a knack for strategy and business.
