The Nonprofit Donation Specialist is a key member of the development team, responsible for processing and managing incoming donations, maintaining accurate donor records, and ensuring an excellent giving experience for all supporters. Fluent English speaking and writing.
At least 6–12 months of customer service or call center experience .
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with good accuracy.
Ability to follow scripts and procedures precisely.
