Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr We are a fast-growing software development company in the restaurant, hospitality, and small business retail industries providing POS and business solutions. We are looking for a high-performing IT Support specialist to provide front-line point of sale support to our customers. Responsibilities: Support Specialists and Field Technicians. Provide front-line support for restaurant systems. Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy POS terminals, printers, and scanners. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Train clients on the use of POS systems. Research and resolve incidents, coordinating with vendors when necessary. Troubleshoot networking and broadband issues. Maintain troubleshooting documentation and FAQs for user groups. Skills/Requirements: 2+ years of IT experience in POS support for restaurants is a plus. Experience with Linux, Windows OS, and Active Directory. Knowledge of SQL Server database environment. Basic understanding of computer network infrastructure and communication. Knowledge of POS solutions and related technologies is a plus. Customer service/help desk/remote support experience preferred. Work experience in a restaurant setting is a plus. Professional communication skills via phone and email. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bilingual skills (English & Chinese) are a plus.
