TRADITIONAL HANDCHURNED BILONA METHOD: Our Desi-Ghee is prepared by traditional hand-churned bilona method. Gir Ghee (bilona process) is traditionally made in a very time-consuming manner. Boiling and cooling cow’s milk, the dairy would then be mixed with a tablespoon of curd and incubated at room temperature overnight in an earthen pot. The curd is subsequently churned to obtain butter. The liquid in the ghee is then evaporated, producing just pure ghee remaining.
Uniqueness: Our ghee is pure free from Preservatives, Vanaspati, and hormones, and made from the milk of 100% stress-free cows which are grass-fed so our ghee is cruelty-free.
